Do I need to be fit before starting CrossFit?
Not at all! CrossFit is designed for all fitness levels — every workout can be scaled to your ability.

What happens in a typical CrossFit class?
Each class includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, followed by the Workout of the Day (WOD), all led by a coach.

How many times can I train during the 2-week trial?
You get unlimited access to classes during your trial — come as often as you like!

What should I bring to class?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and a willingness to have fun! We provide everything else.
