Louise Hawkins

Kelly is an amazing coach, extremely knowledgeable, motivating and above all she believes in every single person that she trains, constantly pushing me to my absolute limit. Since training with Kelly, I have gained so much both physically and mentally and have made an unbelievable amount of progress.


Kelly devotes so much of her own time ensuring the training is scaled to the right level that meets our required goals and is fun. Kelly has extensive knowledge of CrossFit and physiology and has a knack of adjusting her coaching approach to ensure an inclusive environment for all. 


I forgot to mention also that in the CrossFit world I am known as an adaptive athlete, however this has not held me back in fact, with the help, support and reassurance from Kelly both my fitness levels and technique have hugely improved, but most of all I am doing things that I never dared dream were possible.

He's Improved my technique in lifting, he's improved my power and conditioning and also has given me more knowledge and tips to work on by myself. Kelly has helped me understand the importance of correct form, once you've got this right it never leaves you. When I thought I couldn't do something I was never allowed to give in, it was broken down to help me manage it, which always meant that without realising it, I would achieve what I believed to be impossible. No shouting, no humiliation just pure encouragement and belief. She is the perfect combination of tough (you are killing me) and warm (you are doing so well), and she with the whole person mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of her efforts, I am stronger and more flexible, I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun. I have learnt so much from Kelly, I would wholeheartedly recommend Kelly as a trainer, without reservation.

I have been attending Tony’s classes since October 2016 and have noticed a huge difference in my strength and fitness. At first, it was a struggle as burpees, Turkish get ups and handstands were not part of my usual fitness regime!

With Tony's knowledge and patience, I have learnt how to lift weights correctly, safely and confidently enabling me to lift heavier weights than I ever expected.

Tony's training style has given me the drive and confidence to want to lift heavier. From the start till now I have noticed a huge difference as I have gone from saying “I can't” to “I will”.

Tony is always there to answer any questions and without his expertise and help, I would not have dreamt of being able to do a pull-up, deadlift, squat or actually look forward to doing burpees.
