High protein, quick to cook, and actually tastes good. Solid carbs for training days without blowing calories.
🛒 Ingredients (1 serving)
150g chicken breast, diced
1 tsp olive oil (5g)
1 tbsp honey (20g)
1 tbsp sriracha sauce (15g)
1 tbsp soy sauce (15ml)
1 garlic clove, minced
100g mixed stir-fry veg (peppers, broccoli, sugar snap peas)
150g cooked basmati rice
👨🍳 Method
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with the olive oil.
Add the diced chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce.
Pour sauce into the pan and stir to coat the chicken. Let it bubble for 1–2 minutes until slightly sticky.
Add the veg and cook for another 2–3 minutes until just tender.
Serve over the cooked rice.
